Refund Policy

At Gift Panda, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

 

To start a return, please contact us at info@giftpanda.shop. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Items marked as Clearance sale

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your refund is late or missing, check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us

 

5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
